If you remember, and if you’ve been listening to the podcast for a while, Colby Brown mentioned a project called The Giving Lens in his interview. It was an idea that I’ve always remembered and wanted to feature more on the podcast.
One afternoon, I came across a photographer named Peyton Hale. Not only did Peyton’s portfolio inspire me, but he is also a part of The Giving Lens movement which gave me an opportunity to feature their organization more.
Not only is Peyton Hale a great photographer, but he’s also an excellent teacher (something that isn’t always the case).
In this interview, Peyton is going to give you some photography advice, what to look for in a teacher, as well as a great overview of what The Giving Lens is.
