Workshop Announcements and a Possible XT-1 Little Bro – Episode 69

Photography Roundtable has come a long way since it was just an infant in my mind in March of 2014. Hopefully, it has been a quality photography resource for everyone, as well as a fun learning site you can visit and expect to find something that can benefit your photography! Well, just because Photography Roundtable has grown so much in less than year does it mean that I’m stopping any time soon.

It’s my honor to announce a huge improvement for 2016 (yeah, it’s a long way away), the Photography Roundtable Masters Workshops! I’ve wanted to share these workshop announcements with you for a long time! I have designed the Masters Workshops to be as beneficial to Roundtable Nation as possible. I’ve paired national locations with some of the top photographers that have been guests on the podcast. While the exact dates and leaders are still tentative (and I’m planning to add more), here is a list of what you can expect so far in 2016:

Late April – Smoky Mountains National Park

Late October – Smoky Mountains National Park with Kurt Budliger

August – Yostemite National Park with Joshua Cripps

June – Glacier National Park with Ryan Dyar

Moab with Brett Edge (Date TBA)

Late May – Tetons National Park with Jason Hatfield

Acadia National Park at Night with Adam Woodworth (Date TBA)

That is just a small taste of what’s coming in 2016 and the destinations you will have the opportunity to visit and learn in from some of the top landscape photographers.

Also, there is a very interesting rumor floating around about a little brother to the Fujifilm X-T1 that everyone is excited about. According to the rumor, it would be dubbed the fujifilm X-T10 and wouldn’t have everything that the X-T1 has, but would come at a cheaper cost. This definitely tickles my fancy.

Lastly, I’ve really been enjoying the PhotoPills app lately. I had the creators on the podcast a while back, however I just now started to learn to use the PhotoPills app to its full potential. I just wanted to remind everyone that it’s the best photography app on the market. These videos should convince you…
